Calling the Surgery
Our busiest time for phone calls is between 8am and 10:00am, if you are ringing for a test result of general enquiry please try not to call until after 10am. This will improve the service you receive and will ensure that patients who require an appointment for the same day will be able to contact the surgery as required.
All facilities are ground floor and are designed for ease of access.
There is a fully equipped toilet for the disabled located at the entrance foyer. If you need assistance to enter the building please ring the bell.
There is an induction hearing loop at reception for patients with hearing aids. Please ask reception if you need it.
There is a large car park at the front of the surgery. There are reserved spaces for orange badge holders i.e. disabled parking.
Please note that all vehicles are parked on the surgery car park at the owners risk.
